During my collegiate days, I obtained a bachelor's degree in Communications from West Chester University. After graduation, I pursued a career in sports radio, and although I enjoyed the business, I quickly realized my true passion lied within the real estate industry. The sound, business philosophies I learned through past experiences have helped me develop a successful sales business and have enabled me to help fulfill my client's goals and expectations.

Having grown up in Delaware/Montgomery Counties, and staying local through both high school and college, Jason knows these neighborhoods inside and out. That deep-rooted understanding of the market, paired with a strategic mindset, allows him to guide his clients with clarity, whether they’re selling for top dollar, buying their first home, or building an investment portfolio.
Before real estate, Jason spent years as a teacher and basketball coach. That background still shows up every day in how he works: he’s patient, communicative, and knows how to lead people through high-pressure moments without losing sight of what matters most. He’s competitive when it counts, especially when it comes to negotiating and structuring strong, strategic offers, always grounded in what’s best for his clients.
